About these terms

The Deal Directory (dealdirectory.com.au) is published and operated by A.M.P.K Holdings Pty.Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Your account

• Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
• One account per person. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or misuse the site.

Offers and coupons

• Offers are provided by the participating businesses, which set their terms, availability and expiry dates. Each offer’s conditions are shown on its page.
• Unless an offer says otherwise, it can’t be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers, and the business may limit it to one per customer.
• We take care to publish offers accurately, but businesses can change or withdraw them. If in doubt, check with the business before you visit.
• The goods and services are supplied by the business, not by us. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

Competitions

• Each competition has its own terms on its page, and those apply alongside these terms.
• Unless stated otherwise, it’s one entry per person, and entries made by automated means or with false details are invalid.
• Winners are drawn at random from eligible entries and contacted using their account details. If a winner can’t be reached within a reasonable time, we may draw again.
• Prizes are supplied by the business named in the competition.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse the site: for example by copying its content in bulk, using automated tools to collect codes or enter competitions, trying to get around its security, or interfering with other people’s use of it.

Content

The site’s design and content belong to A.M.P.K Holdings Pty.Ltd or the businesses that supplied them. Business names and logos belong to their owners. You may share links to offers and competitions.

Our responsibility

We provide the site “as is” and can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from offers supplied by businesses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
